Job Description

• Understand the service portfolio (Mechanical maintenance, NDT inspection) and Industry (Marine, Oil & Gas).
• Cold calls and field visits to generate sales/project leads from oil & gas, marine & other industries.
• Generate inquiries, evaluate, and coordinate with the estimation team to arrange quotes.
• Follow up with clients to close the quotes and for repeated business.
• Achieve monthly revenue target and inquiry targets.
• Establish relationships with ship service companies and marine service companies for NDT jobs & UT Gauging jobs.
• Visit companies for mechanical maintenance job opportunities and project information.
• Contribute to identify and implement effective business development strategies.
• Liaise with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.
• Maintain proper records of sales and customer interactions in CRM.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and build industrial connections.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations.

Note: This is for service sales & business development, not for product sales.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Sales Engineer with 4+ years of experience in UAE.
• Exposure to the Marine/Oil & Gas industry in the UAE will be an added advantage.
• Should have a valid UAE license.
