Job description

Amazon’s Middle East North Africa and Türkiye (MENATR) Seller Services is looking for an exceptionally motivated and talented Product Manager for Global Selling into one of our marketplaces to grow its international business arcs. The Global Selling Business is a key growth engine for the overall Seller Business in MENATR, and this team’s goal is to maximize the potential of out-of-region sellers for MENATR customers.

To be successful in this role, you will be required to deliver insights and actions to improve our Customer Experience for Selling Partners from outside the MENATR region. You will influence global product roadmaps and drive projects to unblock MENATR potential. You will need to build strong relationships with our remote teams, demonstrate thought leadership, and influence beyond scope. Coordination with the wider Product, Tech, and Category teams is essential.

Key job responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Global Selling for MENA, you will:

  • Support launching and scaling Global Selling in new marketplaces
  • Collaborate with Product and Tech stakeholders to define requirements
  • Drive programs/products to scale relevant inputs
  • Engage with local leaders in MENA Seller Services, Selling Partner Support, Customer Service, and cross-functional teams in Technology and Product Management to improve buyer and Selling Partner metrics
  • Coordinate with Global Selling teams across existing and new worldwide locations to recruit tens of thousands of Selling Partners annually, providing leadership in selection
  • Own the reporting of performance metrics related to global arcs, and align stakeholders on planning, priorities, and team goals

This role requires the ability to work across organizational levels and influence teams globally.

Basic Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in digital advertising and client-facing roles with a focus on data analysis
  • Experience with annual brand and media planning
