ANA Real Estate is a fast-growing and visionary real estate company based in Dubai. As we scale our operations, we are looking for a dynamic and strategic Sales Director to lead our sales division, drive revenue growth, and expand our market presence across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve organizational growth targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, driving performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Analyze market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitor activity to adapt and refine sales tactics.
  • Foster strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, investors, brokers, and strategic partners.
  • Oversee pricing strategies, commission structures, and sales policies to boost profitability and market share.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and deliver actionable insights and forecasts to executive leadership.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns and brand positioning with sales objectives.
  • Ensure all sales practices comply with UAE real estate laws, RERA regulations, and ethical standards.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales, including at least 2 years in off-plan properties.
  • Deep understanding of the UAE property market, investor behavior, and off-plan project sales.
  • Exceptional leadership, team-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
