Job summary

Job description

Key Accountabilities
  1. Compiling and publishing rosters using the Time2Work Rostering Tool in accordance with company policies and standards and forecasted demand monthly;
  2. Manually maintaining a backup schedule;
  3. Incorporating leave, training, off days, and staff weekly and monthly hours into all planned staff schedules;
  4. Tracking staff movements on a day-to-day basis;
  5. Developing and implementing deployment plans over peak periods;
  6. Creating and maintaining an overall staff annual leave plan;
  7. Planning and scheduling all required training in conjunction with relevant stakeholders;
  8. Handling staff roster issues and making necessary adjustments for efficient duty arrangements;
  9. Monitoring and reviewing the effectiveness of roster arrangements, making adjustments, and escalating issues to the Head of WFM for further review;
  10. Monitoring and tracking staff time and attendance;
  11. Creating and maintaining daily and monthly reports.
Specific Requirements
  1. High School Diploma, General Education Degree, or equivalent professional qualification;
  2. Minimum of 5 years experience in a Roster Planner role for a workforce of 1+ employees;
  3. Experience with the Time2Work workforce management tool or similar rostering tools;
  4. Knowledge of airport operations and security is desirable;
  5. Industry experience in Retail, Aviation, F&B, hotel, or hospitality is desirable.
