About the role :

The Saikindō Server provides exceptional quality and service to guests. In this role, you will be tasked with providing an expertly served beverage or dining experience; anticipating the guests’ needs and being an expert on the menu options; and delivering memorable guest experiences.

What you will do :

1. Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
2. Anticipate guest needs and satisfaction; offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
3. Assist in clearing and resetting tables according to service standards.
4. Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the F&B Outlet Manager, Director of Beverage, Asst. Director of F&B and Hotel Manager.

What you bring :

1. A minimum of at least 1 year of experience in a similar role in a luxury brand.
2. An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task.
3. High level of understanding and knowledge of food and/or wine.
4. Background in Luxury Resort and Hotel considered an asset.
5. Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing).
6. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
7. Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the F&B Outlet Manager, Director of Beverage, Asst. Director of F&B and Hotel Manager.
