Job description

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our growing international team. This role involves more than just sales; it focuses on building genuine partnerships, identifying opportunities in complex situations, and helping organizations find real value through people-centered solutions.

As part of the team, you will work remotely across the EU region, developing new business relationships and nurturing existing ones. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to the strategic direction of business development efforts. Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities via partner networks, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with new and existing clients
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored, consultative solutions
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while promoting client retention and satisfaction
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for growth
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, negotiate contracts, and maintain accurate records
  • Report on performance and pipeline activity to internal stakeholders
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluent in English (C1), with strong communication skills in both written and spoken formats
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, with a proven track record in sales within financial services or related sectors
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a financial sales or business development role
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services, with the ability to engage clients in commercially-driven conversations and deliver tailored solutions
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a consistent record of exceeding sales targets; comfortable working independently and within a team
