HR (Human Resources) Intern Job Description

Internship Description

A Premium Employment and Recruitment Company seeks a personable and highly motivated HR intern to support the HR manager in day-to-day administrative tasks and activities.

If you're ready to kickstart your career in Human Resources and build real-world experience with recruiting, payroll, employee development, and the coordination of HR policies and procedures, this is the internship for you.


This is a three-month paid internship with future work potential at 1st-jobs.com, the 1st premium recruitment company.

Salary: up to 1500 AED DEPENDING ON QUALIFICATION AND EDUCATION.

HR Intern Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Post new positions on websites and job boards
  2. Assist with screening resumes and applications
  3. Send offer and regret letters
  4. Coordinate interviews
  5. Collect and update our database with new hire information (e.g. employment forms and contact information)
  6. Maintain payroll data including leaves, working hours, and bank accounts
  7. Proofread HR documents
  8. Help prepare Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents
  9. Track progress, priorities, and deadlines of various projects

Requirements

  1. Human Resources Management or Business major
  2. CRM knowledge like Click up or Trello
  3. Some experience in an office environment preferred
  4. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and resume databases
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  7. Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
  8. Develop experience working on a wide variety of HR projects
  9. Gain exposure to a fast-paced, collaborative office environment
  10. Work side-by-side with a highly experienced HR executive
  11. Organize and attend company meetings and networking events
