Job description

Organization Unit Purpose:

The Treasury Sales unit contributes to the bank's non-funded income through selling suitable products to clients. It plays a key role in expanding the bank's strategic off-balance-sheet business to generate revenue by managing and building sales across various segments. The unit ensures effective cross bank coordination to drive revenue growth, administers client wallet expansion and new acquisitions, and promotes cross-product marketing. It is also actively involved in the strategic development of the bank's treasury business and revenue, supporting the bank's broader strategy.

About the Role:

The purpose of this role is to drive revenue growth by cross-selling suitable and approved treasury products to clients, while fostering internal transformation through continuous training on treasury services, policies, and procedures. The role is key to identifying and executing new business initiatives and revenue streams that enhance the client offering and improve customer-related processes. Additionally, the Senior Director will lead projects and introduce innovative products that strengthen TS&S's market positioning, ensuring that all activities are carried out in full compliance with audit, compliance, and operational risk requirements in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell approved treasury products and solutions to corporate clients.
  • Expand off-balance-sheet business across client segments to generate bank revenue.
  • Strengthen cross-bank coordination to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Drive growth in client wallet size and acquisition of new clients.
  • Launch and execute new product initiatives aligned with market positioning.
  • Monitor team performance against budget and recommend corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a treasury or financial institution sales role.
  • Effective leadership with a mentoring approach.
  • Ability to analyze global and GCC economies from both macro and micro perspectives.
  • Familiarity with the regional and international financial landscape.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence internal/external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage client portfolios and exceed revenue targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Certifications: ACI Dealing Certificate, CFA, CTP/ACT, or Python Preferred
