Job description

IT Support Engineer

Job Location: UAE

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve system-related problems efficiently.
  3. Maintain and upgrade IT infrastructure for optimal performance.
  4. Install, configure, and monitor operating systems and applications.
  5. Ensure cybersecurity best practices and data protection compliance.
  6. Assist in IT projects, system upgrades, and new technology implementations.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  2. Proven 2-4 years of IT support experience, preferably within FMCG or a similar fast-paced environment.
  3. Proficient in Windows and Mac OS environments.
  4. Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and VPN configurations.
  5. Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and enterprise-level applications in FMCG.
  6. Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
  7. Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
