Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Prime Luxury Properties. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the sales performance of our residential and commercial properties in the Dubai real estate market. You will lead a team of sales agents, develop and implement sales strategies, and build strong relationships with clients to ensure the goals. Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team performance and career growth.

·Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by providing exceptional customer service. Understand clients' needs and match them with appropriate real estate solutions.

·Property Listings & Market Knowledge:

Oversee the property listings and ensure all team members are updated on new properties, price changes, and market conditions. Continuously analyse the market to understand competitor offerings and opportunities.

·Sales Reporting & Performance Monitoring:

Track and report on sales performance, setting benchmarks for the team. Provide regular updates to management on progress toward sales goals and discuss areas for improvement.

·Contract Negotiation & Closing:

Support the sales team with negotiations and ensure proper documentation and closing of deals. Review contracts, ensure compliance with real estate laws, and resolve any disputes that may arise during the closing process.

·Marketing Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing team to create campaigns that drive leads and increase property exposure. Assist in developing promotional materials, social media content, and events to enhance the company’s brand presence.

·Compliance & Ethical Standards:

Ensure all sales activities adhere to UAE real estate regulations, laws, and ethical business practices. Maintain high standards of professionalism in all interactions with clients and industry stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the Dubai real estate market.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
  • Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) Certification is required.
