About the Job:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader to join the Guest Relations team at Jumeirah Al Naseem. The main duties include:

  1. Organizing workflow and delegating tasks for BOH and FOH Guest Relations Executives, ensuring timely completion.
  2. Preparing VIP arrivals and coordinating special requests with the Guest Relations Manager, including VIP amenities.
  3. Inspecting VIP rooms and conducting curbside check-ins and in-room check-outs.
  4. Handling guest emails, E-Butler requests, and assisting with check-ins, check-outs, and concierge duties.
  5. Maintaining guest profiles, providing hotel tours, and managing lobby coverage.
  6. Conducting courtesy calls and ensuring smooth communication with guests.
About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 2 years of Guest Relations experience in a 5-star hotel.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Opera PMS (Cloud), HotSoS, and Sevenrooms.
  • Fluency in English and one additional language such as Russian or a European language.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to handle multiple responsibilities.
