Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Setup Advisor - Company Formation at SCORP in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves providing expert guidance on company formation, acquiring licenses, and facilitating PRO services for clients. The Business Setup Advisor will be responsible for simplifying the process of setting up businesses in the UAE and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation and Management: Conduct consultations, manage a portfolio of clients, and advise them on the most suitable business setup options based on their specific needs and industry.
  • Business Development: Actively seek out new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead-generation techniques. Develop and implement effective business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Sales Performance Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales performance, including opportunities, challenges, and key achievements, to the management team.
  • Legal and Regulatory Expertise: Provide expert advice on the legal and regulatory requirements for business setup in the UAE, including licenses, permits, and compliance with local laws. Assist clients in navigating the necessary procedures, documentation, and registration processes.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and maintain high conversion rates.
  • Client Presentations: Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches to attract potential clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience working with a Free Zone or Corporate Services Provider in the UAE.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
