We are hiring a proactive Sales Manager in luxury fashion (B2B & B2C)

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in luxury fashion and an entrepreneurial spirit to independently source new clients, build strong relationships, and drive sales growth across the GCC region and beyond.

Important: This role is not about servicing existing clients. We are seeking someone who can actively search for and acquire new customers in both B2C and B2B sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition Actively search for and build your own client base, including VIP customers, boutiques, and wholesale buyers.
  • Sales Strategy & Growth Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • B2B & B2C Sales Manage both direct customer sales and wholesale relationships.
  • Luxury Experience Delivery Ensure a premium brand experience aligned with DASHA FASHION's image.
  • Market Development Identify and develop new markets within the GCC and globally.
