Job description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive with a strong background in selling uniforms, textiles, and fabrics. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B sales, excellent customer relationship skills, and a solid understanding of fabric materials. A valid driving license is required as the role involves regular travel to meet clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities within the uniforms and textiles industry.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, institutions, and distributors.
  3. Conduct client visits to present products, negotiate terms, and close deals.
  4. Provide tailored fabric and uniform solutions based on client needs and specifications.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends, fabric innovations, and competitors.
  6. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  7. Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  8. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and forecasts.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in outdoor sales, specifically in uniforms, textiles, or fabric sales.
  2. Minimum 2–3 years of B2B sales experience.
  3. Strong understanding of fabric types, textile applications, and industry requirements.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
  6. Valid driving license and willingness to travel regularly.
Preferred Qualifications:

  2. Existing client portfolio in uniform or textile industries is a plus.
