We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to be part of our growing sales and client servicing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with investors, brokers, and end users, acting as a strategic advisor to clients and promoting the value proposition of Manam Realty’s developments. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and manage long-term relationships with clients, brokers, and investors. • Promote and sell current and upcoming real estate projects by Manam Realty. • Identify client requirements and provide suitable property recommendations. • Conduct property presentations, site tours, and investment consultations. • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure regular follow-ups. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth pre- and post-sale processes. • Provide exceptional after-sales service to encourage repeat business and referrals. • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and prepare sales reports. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field. • Minimum of 1+ years’ experience in real estate sales or relationship management in Dubai. • Strong understanding of Dubai’s property market and investment trends. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage. • Professional, client-focused approach with a track record of closing deals. • UAE driving license preferred.
