urgent requirement for Project Manager – PMO Department – experience with Financial or Banking is required for one of biggest financial company in Abu Dhabi , UAE

Strong Experience end-to-end project lifecycle across multiple business units Must to apply for this role

Strong Experience in project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid Must apply for this role

Strong experience in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Azure devops, TFS or equivalent Must to apply for this role

Strong experience in Financial / Banking / Fintech companies is MUST

Valid Certification in PMP, PRINCE2 is MUST

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle across multiple business units or technical domains.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed risk management strategies.
  • Monitor project progress and performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Ensure adherence to the PMO’s project governance framework, including documentation, reporting, and approval processes.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation plans where needed.
  • Conduct regular status meetings and provide project updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and PMO best practices.
  • Support on PMO relevant audit activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA is a plus).
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably within a structured PMO environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid).
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Azure devops, TFS or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
