Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Construction Manager to join a forward-thinking real estate development team on a high-profile residential project in Ras Al Khaimah. This is a site-based role ideal for candidates with a proven track record of delivering mid- to high-rise residential or mixed-use developments within the UAE. The successful candidate will take full ownership of day-to-day site operations, ensuring progress, quality, and safety targets are consistently met.

You will act as the lead on-site representative, overseeing contractor performance, managing construction activities, coordinating with consultants, and driving program adherence. Your responsibilities will include attending regular site meetings, reviewing progress, identifying risks, and ensuring design intent is maintained. Close collaboration with internal design and development teams will be essential to resolve interface issues and ensure a smooth path to handover.

The ideal candidate will bring 8–10 years of construction delivery experience—preferably on the developer/client side—alongside excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. A strong understanding of UAE construction practices, authority processes, and contractor oversight is essential, with prior experience in Ras Al Khaimah considered an advantage. A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required; professional credentials such as PMP or MRICS will be looked upon favourably.
