Al Marwan Group is a holding company established in 1978, Al Marwan Group has grown a strong diversified portfolio in Real Estate Development & Management, Hospitality, General Contracting and Heavy Machinery trading of brand new and used equipment for the Construction, Mining, Oil, and Gas industries.
We are currently looking for a professional , highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with senior management to develop financial strategies for the company, handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner, decision maker, and providing regular financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities;
- Develop and manage the company’s annual budgeting and forecasting process across development projects.
- Prepare long-term financial models and feasibility studies for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Provide financial input during land acquisition, project design, and master planning phases.
- Monitor cash flows, funding needs, and financing arrangements .
- Liaise with banks and financial institutions to secure projects financing, bridging loans, and letters of credit.
- Track drawdowns and manage repayments related to investor funding.
- Oversee cost control measures to ensure project spending is within budget.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly and quarterly financial reports by project and company level.
- Ensure compliance with relevant tax, VAT, and accounting regulations in the UAE (IFRS standards).
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors for project audits and financial reviews.
- Monitor covenant compliance for project finance agreements.
- Identify financial and operational risks across development projects.
- Recommend and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
- Support the executive team with financial risk assessments and scenario planning.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, including project accountants and analysts.
Qualifications
- 10+ of experience in a managerial level within a related industry, with a strong track record of leadership and strategic financial management and business improvement.
- Bilingual (English and Arabic)
- Professional finance qualification (CA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent) is mandatory, with a deep understanding of international and regional financial practices.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Strong task and time management skills, ensuring reliable and timely completion of deliverables.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to diverse audiences
