Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Build financial analytics dashboards and automate MIS reports using Power BI Power Query.
• Prepare monthly Financial Deck presentations for management using PowerPoint.
• Conduct monthly reviews of balance sheet accounts and clear open items.
• Assist in finalizing P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements on a monthly basis.
• Prepare daily fund balance reconciliations.
• Review and record received invoices in the ERP system (Business Central).
• Identify, recommend, and assist in implementing best practices to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Analyze account highlights and prepare corrections for discrepancies as needed.
• Support other accounting and reporting tasks as assigned by management.

Education: Bachelor of Science in Accountancy. Qualified Accountant (CPA) or ACCA certification is mandatory.

Language: English

Skills:

• At least 5 years of experience in similar roles within relevant industries.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills to effectively communicate the company's financial health to stakeholders.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and uphold high work standards.
• Knowledge of the commodity trading business, dry bulk shipping, or FMCG is desirable.
• Strong research and numerical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
