Job description

Job Responsibilities

1. Creating customer awareness of Sharaf DG Energy vertical in the Dubai market.
2. Developing a business plan for the financial year with clear sales targets, segment focus, timelines, and project scope.
3. Maintaining a healthy client base and sales pipeline within the assigned segment in Dubai, specifically MEP Supply and FM Companies.
4. Managing all stages of energy projects independently, including lead generation, BOQ understanding, manufacturer/product selection, commercial proposals, negotiations, submittals, and closure.
5. Mapping weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales plans and reporting regularly to the line manager.
6. Conducting market and competition analysis.
7. Building and maintaining good relationships with potential clients and partner brands.
8. Submitting bids and responding promptly to RFPs and inquiries.
9. Attending marketing events related to the line of business.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of sales experience in MEP Supply.
• Electrical or Electronics Engineering degree.
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle.
• Availability to join immediately or within 30 days’ notice.
