Job Description
We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic Sales professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.
As a Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for implementing all sales activities and maximizing business opportunities within your specific area of responsibility. Your role involves executing all sales action plans and includes key responsibilities such as:

  1. Ensuring comprehensive coverage of your portfolio, engaging with all levels of managerial and departmental executives for thorough client servicing, achieving targets, and maximizing productivity.
  2. Implementing and executing sales objectives and action plans to meet and exceed set targets.
  3. Establishing parameters, preparing quotes, and negotiating prices with customers for transient and group business related to the properties.
  4. Promoting and generating sales leads for Rotana within your respective areas.
  5. Providing feedback on market conditions, including competition trends, through direct sales solicitation, telephone, and direct mail in your market areas.
  6. Maintaining files of major accounts and assisting supervisors in managing the accounts system.
  7. Adhering to selling strategies during negotiations and maximizing upselling opportunities whenever possible.

Desired Candidate Profile


Education, Qualifications & Experience
You should hold a degree in sales with a minimum of two years of post-graduate experience, ideally within the hotel industry. You must be computer literate, possess excellent presentation skills, and have highly sophisticated communication skills, both written and oral. Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages will be an asset.
