Position: Maintenance & Site Supervisor

Liwa Trading LLC is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Maintenance & Site Supervisor to manage the daily operations, maintenance activities, and project support across our retail network in the GCC. This pivotal role ensures the upkeep and smooth functioning of our stores, while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all maintenance activities for retail stores across the GCC.
• Manage and monitor the Service Request System to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Schedule and follow up on Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and ad-hoc maintenance work.
• Support project teams with maintenance-related tasks such as site inspections, reviewing MEP drawings, renovations, store closures, and sourcing materials (e.g., lighting, floor tiles).
• Supervise day-to-day maintenance operations and track progress to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate with contractors for store closures, maintenance, and refurbishment works.
• Supervise and execute fit-out works, liaising with mall management, main contractors, subcontractors, and the logistics team.
• Oversee store closure procedures, including inventory of furniture and fit-out items, and vendor access pass arrangements.
• Review, validate, and submit contractor invoices with appropriate supporting documents to the document controller.
• Source and arrange project materials and samples as per specification requirements.
• Conduct on-site inspections for MEP, HVAC, Firefighting, and Fire Alarm systems in new and renovated stores, and prepare detailed reports prior to ceiling closure.
• Review and archive shop handover documentation (hard and soft copies) submitted by fit-out contractors post-opening, including architectural and MEP drawings.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2–4 years of relevant experience in maintenance and site supervision, preferably in a retail or commercial environment.
• Valid driving license (mandatory).
• Strong coordination and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and contractors.
