Legal Counsel – Corporate & Trade Finance

Job Title: In-house Lawyer

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the drafting and preparation of contracts, agreements, term sheets, heads of agreements, memoranda, and other legal documents.
2. Conduct legal research on matters related to business requirements.
3. Handle receipt of legal queries from internal customers and ensure addressal within the given response time.
4. Possess knowledge in corporate law, business contracts, M&A contracts, MoA, and due diligence.
