We’re looking for a talented Pastry Chef to lead the bakery section and craft exceptional pastries that define our identity.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare and execute our pastry offerings.
  2. Create pastries and baked goods from scratch.
  3. Ensure food quality, precision, and consistency align with our standards.
  4. Maintain a clean, organized kitchen at all times, uphold hygiene and food safety standards in compliance with regulations.
  5. Monitor inventory and order ingredients, ensuring efficient cost management.
  6. Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
  1. Proven experience, preferably in a high-quality bakery or restaurant.
  2. Strong knowledge of baking preparation techniques.
  3. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced startup environment.
  4. Knowledge of Arabic parties is a plus.
  5. Knowledge of food safety management systems, HACCP, PIC Foodwatch certification is a plus.
  6. Punctuality, with good time management and organizational skills.
  7. Highly motivated, positive team player, with good communication skills.
