Job description

We are looking for a Head Waiter / Supervisor who can lead a service team with confidence and ensure guests receive an exceptional dining experience. If you have a strong hospitality background and a passion for service leadership, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities :
  1. Supervise daily front-of-house operations during service hours.
  2. Lead and support the waitstaff, ensuring smooth coordination and teamwork.
  3. Greet and assist guests with professionalism and warmth.
  4. Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly.
  5. Ensure proper table settings, cleanliness, and adherence to service standards.
  6. Assist in training new staff and conducting performance check-ins.
  7. Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to ensure seamless operations.
  8. Uphold hygiene, safety, and service protocols.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory or head waiter role in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Diploma or certificate in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of customer service techniques and dining etiquette.
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
  • Energetic, reliable, and customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
