  • Mentor and support nursing staff to promote professional growth and development.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and manage personnel issues constructively.
  • Oversee scheduling and ensure optimal staff coverage for all shifts.
  • Manage the unit's budget and resources efficiently to meet financial targets.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing with a current RN license required.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in maternal newborn and labor care.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience within a hospital or clinical setting.
  • Strong knowledge of maternal health and newborn care best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage a team and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse groups.
  • Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) is highly preferred.
