Job description

On behalf of our client, an International firm specialised in Corporate Services and companies formation, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supervisor - Client Relationship to join thier team in Dubai.

This role is pivotal in generating new business from both new and existing clients and managing client relationships.

MAIN DUTIES:

Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients.

Develop and implement strategies to expand the client base.

Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create business development materials and campaigns.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Client account management (Invoicing, Debtors management).

Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions in collaboration with the operations team.

Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints efficiently and professionally.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Marketing, or a related field

ACCA or ICSA

At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.

OTHER REQUISITES

A can do, positive attitude.

Be willing and able to travel as required for client meetings and business development trips.

Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and develop new business.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
