We’re looking for a dynamic HR Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead our efforts in attracting top talent, managing a high-performing TA team, and elevating our recruitment strategies across diverse markets.
Key Result Areas:
- Contributes in establishing a robust talent acquisition strategy by identifying critical success factors from a talent acquisition perspective, benchmarking and best practices. Delivers best in class sourcing and marketing techniques to gain interest from potential candidates in available opportunities.
- Provides subject matter expertise in all TA policies and processes, maintains knowledge on all employment opportunity regulations, and leads the formulation of policies related to talent attraction and talent acquisition.
- Effectively implements the established strategy and leads the talent acquisition team with full cycle of talent acquisition process ensuring that there is a talent pipeline.
- Spearheads the complete process of talent acquisition (forecasting of hiring needs, prioritisation of request fulfilment, reporting and tracking of activities like sourcing, screening to interviewing candidates) to deliver headcount targets in line with business requirements and plans innovative and effective solutions to improve the effectiveness of attraction campaigns, sourcing, assessment and selection methodologies/processes.
- Provides leadership and oversight for talent acquisition programs, resources and support infrastructure, and ensures that the teams are focused on determining new and innovative ways to source talent from new talent pools in line with the market dynamics.
- Partners with stakeholders to understand business requirements. Plans, develops and drives talent acquisition solutions in consultation with hiring managers to effectively meet talent acquisition goals and facilitates solutions to overcome challenges.
- Promotes best practice, shares ideas and information internally and externally to ensure consistency through a value added services. Develops and maintains efficient relationships with all stake holders and educates them on market trends and constantly evolves acquisition and selection approaches.
- Leads employer-branding activities to increase brand reach, both internally and externally. Partners with HR Leads to build a positive and performance-oriented culture in the Company and works toward enhancing the candidate to employee experience
- Oversees the maintenance and authenticity of candidate records, assessment data and references held within Taleo. Creates, tracks, and monitors recruitment metrics and goals proactively takes appropriate corrective actions when goals are not met.
- Ensures effective goal setting and achievement of departmental functional objectives through the leadership of the team and provides on-going support, direction and development to ensure that desired results are achieved.
Job Context:
This job holder operates within the framework of talent acquisition practices but needs to keep up to date of factors that could affect the attraction of candidates, sourcing and assessment tools as well as selection.
Knowledge, Skills & Minimum Experience:
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or HR, CIPD is desirable
- Accredited in the usage of psychometrics and assessments
Experience & Knowledge:
- Minimum 7 years’ experience leading talent acquisition strategies and managing the provision of services related to headcount budgets, global sourcing, assessment centers and selection.
- Experience gained within a large organisation and must have led a team overseeing the selection of multiple diverse roles.
- Experience in volume recruitment including the selection of suppliers and leading selection trips across Asia, Africa and Europe. Willingness to travel.
