Job description

Reporting to the Team Lead / Senior Relationship Manager.

As a Relationship Manager, you will focus on onboarding new clients and contribute to the growth of these accounts by employing a value-based relationship approach. You will work within a diverse team of professionals with different skill sets, supporting each other to deliver impactful results.

You will:

  1. Meet and exceed personal and team KPI targets.
  2. Activate, retain, and grow your customer portfolio by providing personalized voice and social media support, fulfilling their needs.
  3. Develop professional and trusting relationships with your active clients, keeping them updated with our developments to ensure high-quality service.
  4. Research sources to develop prospects and gather information to assess customer potential.
  5. Prepare and enable efficient sales activities using available tools, reports, and business insights.
  6. Listen to customers and offer optimal solutions to their needs and concerns.
  7. Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve issues and complaints promptly.
  8. Provide feedback to relevant departments regarding customer needs, expectations, and frustrations.
  9. Continuously improve knowledge of financial markets and our offerings.
  10. Update individual, team, daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management as required.
  11. Display behaviors aligned with our core values both inside and outside the office.
  12. Adhere to all compliance and security requirements.
  13. Stay informed about global economic indicators, central bank decisions, and geopolitical events affecting forex markets.
  14. Translate complex financial and economic data into understandable investment advice.
  15. Perform any additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

Skills and Qualifications

  1. Native Vietnamese speaker, fluent in English; proficiency in Malaysian and/or other languages is an advantage.
  2. Deep understanding of Forex markets, currency pairs, and influencing factors.
  3. Strong analytical skills to interpret financial markets and macroeconomic trends.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for managing wealthy clients.
  5. Familiarity with financial regulations relevant to forex trading by region.
  6. Experience in sales within a CFD broker, especially in Southeast Asia.
  7. Experience managing a sales team is advantageous.
  8. University degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
  9. Excellent communication skills, capable of networking with stakeholders and handling multiple tasks.
  10. Strong problem-solving skills and interpersonal abilities.
  11. Self-motivated, autonomous, and able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  12. Proactive with a desire for continuous improvement.
  13. Energetic team player with a positive attitude.
