Junior Executive Assistant - Contract Role in Dubai
Type: Contract (1 year)
Location: Dubai
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Assist with travel arrangements including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Support in the preparation of reports, presentations, and internal documentation.
- Handle email correspondence and prioritize tasks for the executive(s).
- Maintain filing systems and ensure documentation is up to date and organized.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders as required.
- Assist in organizing internal events, conferences, and team activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion at all times.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or assistant role (internships acceptable).
- Strong command of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Discretion in handling confidential matters.
