Junior Executive Assistant - Contract Role in Dubai

Type: Contract (1 year)

Location: Dubai

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and organize calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Assist with travel arrangements including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Support in the preparation of reports, presentations, and internal documentation.
  • Handle email correspondence and prioritize tasks for the executive(s).
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure documentation is up to date and organized.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders as required.
  • Assist in organizing internal events, conferences, and team activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion at all times.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or assistant role (internships acceptable).
  • Strong command of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
