Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. Direct day-to-day corrective maintenance activities at the project site, including daily scheduling of programs and managing resources dedicated to civil works.
  2. Ensure efficient handling of resources without losing man-hours and follow up until all works are completed in coordination with the Site Supervisor/Foreman.
  3. Assist the Project Manager in implementing corrective maintenance works from work order receipt to close-out.
  4. Follow up and close work orders to meet target completion dates.
  5. Conduct site inspections to record and rectify defects, and submit proposals for their rectification.
  6. Develop necessary documents for site implementation, such as method statements, cost estimates, and specifications as per BOQ/contract for the current maintenance contract.
  7. Prepare or review joint measurement sheets to be submitted to RTA upon completion of each corrective maintenance work, comparing planned and actual results.
  8. Coordinate with RTA for site issues and undertake joint inspections upon completion of each work.
  9. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure all works are completed on or before time.
  10. Stay updated with new developments in the construction and maintenance industry across different domains.
  11. Track and follow up on work orders created through Maximo software, coordinating with RTA to ensure timely completion.

  1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  2. 0-2 years of similar experience
