VML is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Digital Designer to join our team, supporting CRM communications. In this role, you’ll play a key part in designing visually engaging, brand-compliant email assets and templates for a range of customer communications—including campaigns, lifecycle journeys, and product updates.

You’ll collaborate closely with the client’s CRM Strategy & Planning team, CRM managers, and Martech platform specialists to ensure all communications are optimized for the Dynamics 365 Marketing platform. Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and build email communications using drag-and-drop tools and/or HTML within the Dynamics 365 Marketing platform.
  • Create compelling, responsive email templates tailored to different customer segments, products, and campaign objectives.
  • Support CRM campaign execution by delivering ready-to-deploy email designs that meet brand and accessibility standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret briefs and translate them into visually engaging assets.
  • Perform quality checks and ensure compatibility across email clients and devices.
  • Maintain an organized library of CRM visual assets and templates for reuse and consistency.
  • Stay up to date on email design best practices, user behavior trends, and accessibility requirements.
  • Provide input on visual enhancements for testing, personalization, and performance optimization.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital or graphic design, with a focus on email or CRM communications.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or Figma.
  • Experience with email design and drag-and-drop builders (Dynamics 365 Marketing experience is a plus).
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email layout optimization is advantageous.
  • Strong eye for detail, visual hierarchy, and customer-centric design.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
