Job description

The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service and capable of handling client inquiries and concerns efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Handle complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met promptly.
  • Provide accurate information regarding services, shipment tracking, and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Prepare reports on customer service metrics and suggest improvements.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics or supply chain sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
