  • Driving organic growth by identifying new opportunities within existing client relationships.
  • Providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members, helping to build a high-performing and motivated team.
We're looking for someone
  • Who has 8+ years of experience in an advertising, branding, or integrated marketing agency, with at least a few years in a senior client-facing role.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities without missing a beat.
  • Communicates with clarity, confidence, and empathy both with clients and internally.
  • Brings a strong understanding of the regional market and cultural nuances; fluency in Arabic is a definite plus.
  • Thinks commercially, acts strategically, and isn't afraid to challenge the brief when necessary.
  • Has a passion for creative work and takes pride in delivering campaigns that not only look great but also perform.
