Key Responsibilities

  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  3. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the events industry, driving revenue and profitability. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for growth.
  4. Event Solutions Development: Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver innovative event solutions that meet client needs. Provide insights on client preferences to optimize event offerings.
