Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Officer to join our ICS school team in Abu Dhabi. If you have a passion for supporting educational institutions through effective human resource practices, we want to hear from you!

  1. Handle day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and staff documentation.
  2. Manage employee records, contracts, visa processes, and similar tasks.
  3. Support in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  4. Assist in performance management and employee relations matters.
  5. Coordinate staff training, development programs, and annual appraisal cycles.
  6. Ensure compliance with ADEK and labor law requirements.
  7. Liaise with government authorities (e.g., MOHRE, Immigration) for employment-related matters.
  8. Support payroll inputs and HR reporting.
  9. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR dealings.
Requirements
