Job Description:

We plan to engage an agency to provide Kiosk Promoter x 1 who will be responsible primarily for managing our kiosk at DWTC to capture leads from walk-in customers.

Role:

Engaging potential customers and driving sales enquiries.

The agency should have previous experience in providing promoters for exhibitions in malls, DWTC, etc.

The agency should provide a replacement for any candidate who may not continue.

The promoter should have previous experience in managing B2B brands. Experience in sales, promotions, or customer service is preferred.

Duties:

1. Collection of business cards, submission of data on RAKEZ provided iPad to Salesforce.
2. Generate weekly report of leads submission and manage the kiosk screen content (remotely managed from HQ) in coordination with the staff.
3. Work as a single point of contact between RAKEZ and DWTC for any operational needs.
