An established industry player seeks a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in SAC planning. This role involves leading multiple projects, integrating financial and manpower planning with SAP solutions, and designing processes to meet client needs. Strong communication and client interaction skills are essential as you will be working closely with stakeholders. 1. Candidate should be preferably based in UAE, or willing to travel and work onsite - should be available to visit the client daily (Dubai).
2. Candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in SAC planning.
3. Must have led at least 3 projects end-to-end.
4. Must have integration knowledge between financial planning, manpower planning, and other SAP solutions/modules.
5. Experienced in designing processes, discussing requirements, and providing design documentation.
6. Should have experience handling WRICEF requirements and preparing FSDs.
7. Should have experience in configuration, master data migration, and defining cutover strategies within their area.
8. Experience in real estate/construction is a major plus.
9. Should possess strong communication skills and client interaction capabilities.
10. Must have business process knowledge along with hands-on experience in the relevant sub-modules.
