About Us:

We are a leading Yacht company committed to excellence in maritime service, guest experience, and vessel safety. We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Captain / Service Team Leader to join our crew and lead by example in operations and guest service on board.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate and navigate vessels over 24 meters.
• Lead and motivate a small team, ensuring high levels of service and safety.
• Coordinate daily operations including guest service, logistics, and vessel maintenance.
• Supervise diving operations and ensure all safety protocols are met.
• Conduct safety briefings and ensure compliance with maritime regulations.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, excellent communication, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications:

• Valid Captain's License for vessels over 24 meters.
• Certified diver with an active diving license.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Solid technical knowledge of boat systems and maintenance.
• Excellent personal presentation and guest interaction abilities.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick, sound decisions.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience as a captain or in a service team leadership role.
• Background in hospitality or luxury guest services is a plus.
