Are you a strategic sales leader with a passion for driving growth and building high-performance teams? We're looking for a Head of Sales to lead our sales function, shape our go-to-market strategy, and scale our business to the next level.

About the Role

As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for designing and executing our sales strategy, managing the sales team, and ensuring revenue targets are consistently met or exceeded. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and customer success to align efforts and maximize impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the overall sales strategy and revenue growth plan
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to refine our sales approach
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and KPIs
