Job Description

• Assist in meeting the requirements of Internal and External Auditors.
• Prepare Sales Forecasts and product costs for budgeting purposes.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team to determine product costing and pricing for inter-company and export customers.
• Perform profitability analysis for customers.
• Ensure timely completion of Month-End Closing activities, including BRS, Payroll, Accruals, and Provisions.
• Coordinate with suppliers, purchasers, and banks to minimize delays in processing imports, documents, and payments.
• Manage Bank Statements and Petty Cash Float.
• Prepare Monthly Management Reports and ad hoc reports covering Inventory, Production, Sales, Assets, and Inventory Provisioning.

Skills

• Professional accountancy certification with at least a Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in FMCG, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Proficient with SAP system, product costing, and analysis.
• Strong traditional accounting skills, including maintaining books.
