Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling recruitment solutions to enterprise companies. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop customized solutions to meet those needs.

Responsibilities
  1. Acquire companies with no significant revenue history with Bayt.com by selling our recruitment products and services.
  2. Prospect and schedule qualified appointments with prospective clients through various channels.
  3. Handle all assigned incoming and outbound leads based on SLA.
  4. Initiate and develop strong relationships with verified leads.
  5. Determine clients' recruitment needs and prepare proposals to sell suitable services.
  6. Provide online and onsite demonstrations of Bayt.com to handle objections and persuade customers.
  7. Manage your business effectively within the assigned database using a transactional and solution-oriented approach.
  8. Perform other tasks as requested by management.
  9. Ensure at least 80% coverage of your signed stack through regular meetings.
  10. Update CRM with all interactions and maintain data integrity.
  11. Participate in other marketing, sales, and operational activities as directed.
