The opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing the HUB sales strategy in alignment with global objectives.

How you’ll make an impact
  1. Set sales targets for the HUB and communicate them to the team.
  2. Monitor sales performance metrics regularly.
  3. Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  4. Prepare and deliver performance reports to senior management.
  5. Identify growth opportunities among existing customers.
  6. Research potential new customers to expand market reach.
  7. Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in customer organizations.
  8. Facilitate effective communication between the supply, sales team, and customers.
  9. Allocate resources for effective opportunity management.
  10. Manage the receipt and distribution of requests for quotations.
  11. Establish optimal pricing strategies to achieve targeted margins in coordination with WCFE and Supply.
  12. Participate in negotiations for key contracts with customers.
  13. Negotiate and finalize contracts and purchase orders with customers.
  14. Coordinate with internal stakeholders during contract finalization.
  15. Monitor ongoing costs related to sales activities.
  16. Assess customer financial health to identify potential risks.
  17. Report financial risks to internal teams promptly.
  18. Prepare and coordinate technical and commercial offers for customers.
  19. Submit offers for approval according to organizational protocols.
  20. Own the sales process and ensure adherence to established procedures.
  21. Oversee training and development initiatives for the sales team.
  22. Manage the transition of contracts to project management teams.
  23. Update Salesforce with order information and competitive intelligence.

Your background
  1. Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management or business development in the energy industry.
  3. Proven expertise in executing impactful sales strategies aligned with organizational goals and fostering long-term growth.
  4. Strong ability to coordinate and manage multiple sales projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
  5. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
  6. Ability to inspire and lead sales teams to achieve targets, fostering collaboration and a positive environment.
  7. Willingness to travel and engage with stakeholders, attend industry events, and support initiatives across regions.
  8. Proficiency in spoken and written English.
