Job Summary

Zurich Workplace Solutions (ZWS), part of Zurich International, is based in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). We provide digital-first workplace savings solutions that offer transparency, flexibility, and control, positively impacting employees' long-term financial security. As a scheme administrator for End of Service Schemes, ZWS is expanding, and we are seeking a Key Account Manager to join our Customer Relationship Management team.

The Key Account Manager will support our Federal UAE clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, contracts, and business development activities, collaborating across departments to deliver excellent customer service, and maintaining strong client relationships to meet their needs while adhering to contractual and scheme guidelines.

Job Accountabilities

As a Key Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Client advocacy and retention: Enhancing positive member outcomes and Assets under Administration.
  2. Contract and regulatory compliance: Ensuring adherence to obligations and relevant laws.
  3. Communications planning and execution: Developing and implementing communication strategies.
  4. Stakeholder collaboration: Managing relationships with internal teams and external clients.

Additional duties involve developing strategies to promote client advocacy, building relationships with key stakeholders, understanding the competitive landscape and USPs of ZWS and DEWS, contributing to proposition development, proactively resolving client issues, and collaborating across functions such as operations, marketing, governance, and business transformation.

The role requires a hands-on approach, utilizing data and insights to refine strategies, supporting MI delivery, and acting as the primary contact for clients. It also involves maintaining up-to-date records, explaining regulations (notably UAE regulations like SCA and MOHRE), and supporting new business opportunities.
