Job description

We are currently hiring a Sales Executive - HoReCa (Ice Creams, Bakery & Pastry ingredients) for our client, a leading and very reputed name in bakery products in the UAE.

This role has come up as part of their growth and expansion plans for their ice cream, bakery & pastry ingredients and would involve driving the general sales with existing HoReCa accounts as well as new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in the HoReCa industry
  • Identify and target potential clients in the hospitality, restaurant, and catering sectors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and generate leads
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our products
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitable margins for the company
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the ice creams / baking / pastry industry or related food industry experience in UAE
  • Proven experience of 3-5 years in HoReCa sales of bakery/pastry/ice cream ingredients
  • Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's license
