We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team in the construction industry. This pivotal role involves managing the full spectrum of human resources functions, ensuring the effective recruitment, development, and retention of talent within our organization. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in fostering a positive workplace environment while aligning HR strategies with the company's goals and objectives. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. - Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the best candidates are selected for various roles. - Oversee employee onboarding, training, and performance management processes. - Develop and administer HR policies and procedures to promote a positive company culture. - Conduct employee engagement surveys and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention. - Resolve employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees alike. - Manage compensation and benefits planning to ensure competitive remuneration. - Ensure regulatory compliance with labor laws and health and safety standards in the workplace.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field; a Master's degree or HR certification is a plus. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in the construction industry. - Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. - Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, with a proactive approach to managing employee relations. - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
