You will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing the reception area, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also be a key part of our daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and assisting the team with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors with a warm smile and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Direct phone calls to appropriate staff members and departments in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Manage the reception area, maintaining a clean, professional, and organized environment.
  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and filing.
  • Provide general information about the company and its services to visitors and callers.
  • Maintain office supplies and order new supplies as needed.
  • Escalate any urgent matters to the appropriate personnel.
  • Contribute to a positive and professional work environment.

Qualifications:
