Job description

Job Title: Tinting & PPF Technician - Multibrand Bodyshop

Job Purpose

Efficiently perform high-quality tinting and PPF wrapping services in accordance with company processes and guidelines to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity targets are met. Ensure routine tinting and wrapping services are completed as per schedule.

Accountabilities

1. Operations: Execute requested tinting work following the company's methods, recommendations, and procedures to ensure efficient use of time and compliance. Classify chargeable materials from parts and determine charges. Consult the Team Leader for support on complex tasks. Support other technicians as needed.
2. Job Card: Complete the job card promptly, detailing materials used, issued, and actions taken to maintain accurate records for future reference.
3. Tools and Equipment: Maintain all tools, test equipment, and instruments to ensure they are in good condition and operational according to company guidelines.
4. Safety: Follow safety rules for instruments, equipment, and tools. Conduct repairs and maintenance in compliance with HSE policies and encourage colleagues to do the same.
5. Tinting and Wrapping: Demonstrate a strong work ethic with attention to detail, working efficiently without compromising quality. Expertly fit tinting to vehicle windows with precision.
6. Job Specific Information: Work closely with the Foreman and line manager in tinting and wrapping tasks.

Qualifications, Experience, and Competencies

• Secondary School Education Certificate
• Minimum 2 years of experience in repair work and operations
