Job description

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Attend to repairs and maintenance of all systems and related equipment such as heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment, laundry equipment, water treatment plants, and sewage treatment plants.
2. Carry out all general mechanical works including welding and brazing.
3. Perform routine inspection, repair, and maintenance of plant equipment like pumps, motors, and fabrication.
4. Attend to pipe repairs or fitting work.
5. Participate in the hotel Energy Conservation Programme.
6. Ensure that the Plant Room, Workshop, and related areas are kept in a clean condition.
7. Attend to all types of repair and maintenance work.
8. Perform related duties and special projects as assigned.
9. Report to Engineering Supervisor/Assistant Chief Engineer.
10. Cooperate and interact with others in the Engineering Department.
11. Interact and cooperate with guests and outside contractors as directed.
12. Collaborate with other departments when necessary to provide additional or specialized services for functions, promotions, and festivities.
