About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Showroom Manager to oversee the daily operations and growth strategies of our Dubai showroom. This role requires a leader who will maintain the highest standards of brand representation, drive operational excellence, and create an exceptional luxury customer experience. You will lead a talented team, set and monitor sales targets, and manage key customer accounts to build long-term relationships. Working closely with the Head of Sales, Merchandising, and Category Manager, you'll provide valuable feedback on displays, product offerings, and customer preferences. A key focus will be developing strategies to grow specific product categories, ensuring they are showcased to maximize sales and meet customer expectations.

You will also ensure the showroom is impeccably maintained, overseeing the upkeep of displays and ensuring the space is visually appealing and aligned with brand standards. Your responsibilities will include executing marketing initiatives, boosting showroom traffic, and increasing brand visibility. You will play a key role in team development, from hiring and training to fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in luxury retail management and a passion for delivering a luxury customer experience while meeting sales targets. Strong organizational skills and the ability to resolve operational issues swiftly are essential for success in this role.

Your leadership skills inspire your team to meet and exceed performance targets while delivering exceptional customer service. Passionate about the luxury sector, you have a keen eye for design and presentation, ensuring the showroom aligns with the latest trends and strategies. With strong communication skills, you build relationships with customers, designers, and key accounts, while your operational expertise ensures smooth daily management.
